Allahabad- Experience the True Spirituality!

1. The Triveni Sangam-
The confluence of the trio rivers; Yamuna, Ganga and the newly mythically added river Saraswathi is a place of high religious significance in Hinduism where it is here the Kumbh Mela and the Ardh Kumbh Mela are held every 12 and 6 years respectively. It is usually believed that taking a dip in this Triveni Sangam can free a person from worldly sins and so, we can see people from nook and corner of the world visit this place. Suppose if you are not so religious, you can enjoy the beautiful blending of crystal clear Yamuna River with Greenish shade Ganga, which is surely a sight to behold.
2. Hanuman Mandir-
The Hanuman Mandir situated near the Allahabad Fort beside the river Ganges is considered as auspicious as to the city’s geographic cuts, all sighting for its religious significance. The holy structure that is 20 feet tall and 8 feet wide can be seen getting submerged in the holy water when the flow of the river is very high. Legacies speak that is the River Ganges that can be seen touching the feet of the Lord Hanuman. Great!
3. Saraswati Koop-
The Allahabad Fort that is beside Hanuman Mandir is an artifact that is not to be missed, especially if you are here. The towering structures along with magnificent buildings and galleries is also a home to the Saraswati Koop, that which is believed to be the source of the revered River Saraswati, though it is said to have dried nearly 4000 years ago, the flag still rises high. Also, there is a fig tree known as the Immortal tree or Akshaya Vat here that is a center of attraction in this place.
