It is the symbol of honouring the soldiers who had died in the battle between Marathas and British. Sitabuldi Fort is now the office of the 118th Indian Army Infantry Battalion.
Deekshabhoomi — Deekshabhoomi is the iconic place in Nagpur because it is the place where Dr. B. R. Ambedkar converted into Buddhism and also thousands of people followed him and converted as Buddhists.
