People say that, “when you open a book, you open a new world”. Deep and Rich Experience with TicketGoose

Early in the morning, how will it be when there is chatter-butter everywhere with howling sounds all around like a hungry and happy lion roaring on clutching its prey? And above all these, this had to happen now; water gushed out of the washing machine and my mother screamed calling out my name. Me, like a dead corpse, got out of my bed, pushed aside the packed baggage that was kept in the living room and headed to the kitchen to where my mom was standing. She handed me a spanner and asked me to fix it.  While I was repairing with great difficulty, she enquired about the booking that she had asked me to do yesterday night for our visit to Coimbatore. Every year, we plan for a weekend trip to someplace and this time it was my dad’s decision to visit Coimbatore. I was dumbstruck as I had totally forgotten to book the tickets and I said yes, it’s done, I’ll check the time and let you know. Once my job was over, I rushed to my room and searched on Google for “online bus ticketing portals in India”. I was amazed on seeing that there were a handful of travel industries offering ticketing services across the country, but which one to choose was my question. I called up some of my friends to ask, but each one had a different answer.
I was completely exhausted and frustrated as we had to start our travel tomorrow and it was then I saw this, Book via Parveen Travels and get 10% off on all your bookings. I clicked on the link and it took me to ticketgoose.com. Since it was my first time with TicketGoose, I wasn’t sure about its operators, facilities, and services, but surprisingly, there were so many bus operators operating from Chennai to Coimbatore and amongst all, I chose Parveen Travels. It asked me to select my choice of seat and boarding point and forth which I booked three tickets from my debit card. A sense of relaxation was out in the air and I was completely at ease when I had received an e-mail describing the venue and travel details and also the offer amount that was credited back to my account. Felt, it was a good start. Now what? Yes, the timings, I went to my mom and said that the bus would leave from Koyambedu at 10.00PM. Though everything was on track, I was little concerned about the departure; whether the bus will be on time? Or will the driver not attend his call? Or whether he would say the bus broke down and you have to book another bus.
The night had arrived and we started well in advance. We boarded a cab to Koyambedu and reached there by 9.45PM and, waited in the boarding point that was mentioned in the mail. My mom asked me to call the driver and confirm the timings. I was a bit hesitant but later dialed his number. He attended the call and said that the bus would arrive in another 10 minutes and as said the bus was on time. Literally felt like jumping with joy on seeing the bus come on time. The bus assistant helped everyone to load their luggage in the trunk. Once that was done, I stepped inside the bus and was very happy to see that the coaches were well-maintained and the seats were perfect. The bus started within ten minutes and after 8 hours of tireless journey, we reached Coimbatore.
Everything was great and wonderful; from bookings and on-time schedules to vigilant driving and well-maintained coaches. I and my family were delighted with the services offered by TicketGoose and since then we made ticketgoose.com a part of our family. I recommend everyone to make their bus bookings via TicketGoose and enjoy their services after all its India’s leading bus booking portal.

Neelima, a resident of Chennai went on a personal visit to Vijayawada and on her way; she faced a very dramatic incident where she was awfully helpless. She says that on her next seat being canceled, the driver asked her to adjust with a male traveler as there was no other seat vacant. On refusing to the driver’s request, he said nothing can be done and that had to be the only way as the bus was already on the highway. Desperate for help and the dark night outside stroke a point that TicketGoose gives to its customers, their customer care number. So, she made a call and explained her issue to the customer support person, the official convinced here by saying that her issue would be resolved.
In few minutes time, the driver got a call and after 15 min of talk, the driver went and requested a couple sitting at the back to adjust with Neelima. On- seeing the worried face of her, the couple agreed and everything was set to normal. This was one among the many incidents that prove TicketGoose’s dedication towards customer satisfaction.

Electronic City

Electronic City, a well known name with both the tech savvy and the layman, has become a huge Information Technology and Industrial area. With the birth of IT in Bangalore, there was a need to have an area dedicated extensively for the sole purpose to making Bangalore a Silicon Valley of India.
There are many IT and ITES companies spread widely across its vast area of 332 acres. This area is divided into Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III. The conceptualization of an IT Hub in Anekal taluk was formulated by R.K. Baliga, the first chairman and managing director of Keonics, Karnataka Electronics. Currently, the management of Electronic City comes under Electronic City Industries Association (ELCIA) which looks after the overall maintenance of Electronic City, they also have a fully armed mobile security unit that prowls the locality round-the-clock.

The 9 km-long elevated tollway, stretching from Bomanahalli to Electronic City, has been a boon for the IT professionals taking this route. Earlier, the constant traffic snarls along Hosur Road from Silk Board Junction to Electronic City were delaying these professionals from reaching their offices on time. Now, one can travel from Silk Board Junction to Electronic City within 15 minutes. There are BMTC buses starting from Silk Board Junction that travel on the elevated tollway. Many people opt for these buses (though it might be a little costlier than the normal bus tickets), as they go faster than the other BMTC buses that travel on the highway.
There was a need to provide reasonable houses and accommodation for people around this area, hence there was a sudden rise of townships, gated communities, apartments, schools, colleges, provision stores, entertainment places to cater to the needs of the residents in this area, as Electronic City is located far from the heart of the city. Some of the important city centres like MG Road (19 km), BTM Layout (13 km), HSR Layout (11.3 km), Koramangala (14.4 km), JP Nagar (16.2 km), Shivajinagar Bus Stand (20 km), Majestic Bus Stand (22 km), and Hosur (26 km) are well connected to this area. Bangalore International Airport (60 km) and Bangalore Railway Station is (24 km) from Electronic City. There are regular buses for these locations.
Some of the nearby hospitals include Ramakrishna Healthcare & Trauma Centre (4.4 km), the Apollo Clinic (3 km), and Live 100 Hospital in Singasandra area (7 km) from Electronic City. There are many bus stops strategically located within the radius of Electronic City. The last bus stop is at Wipro Technologies which also is the starting and ending stop for all buses to Electronic City. There is an auto stand near Lords Plaza from where people can travel to other parts of the town.
There are many food joints throughout the vicinity offering scrumptious delicacies. People visit these places for birthday treats and team lunches. Some of the restaurants are New Punjabi Food Corner, Beijing Bites, Andhra House, Chung Wah, Golden Fork, Pallavi Grand, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, and Hyderabadi Spice.
If you are planning a trip, you can book bus tickets online through ticketgoose.com, an online bus ticket booking website. There are many boarding points for various bus travel operators along Hosur Road. Many people board their Bangalore to Chennai bus and other buses from these points as they are closer to their companies. KPN Travels and Parveen Travels are two such private bus operators that operate on this route.
